You're about 10 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, tucked into a quiet spot for a slower kind of getaway.

Getting In
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM — self check-in, no keys.

- Parking: from B Street, turn onto E Street and park at the yellow fire hydrant. Street parking is also available.
What's Stocked
Fresh linens and towels for your group, plus a starter supply: coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and hand & body soap.
Before You Check Out

- Trash bins are outside at the back of the driveway by the shed — getting the bin to the curb on your way out is hugely appreciated.

A Few Things We Ask
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside or on the porches — a $200 remediation fee applies.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, out of respect for our neighbors.
- No parties or unregistered guests.
- Exterior cameras at the entrances only — never inside.
- No pets unless approved on your booking.
Settling In
- You're about 10 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park — go early morning to beat the crowds, and don't skip the Cave of the Winds.
- Casino Niagara and the Rainbow Bridge to the Canadian side are minutes away — bring your passport for Canada.
- Winters get cold: set the thermostat 66–75, and please keep the heat at 66 or above even when you're out — Niagara winters and plumbing don't mix.
