You're in EaDo — Houston's East Downtown — the city's stadium and entertainment hub, with converted warehouses, street art, and some of Houston's best food and live music just minutes away.
Get Connected
- On your phone or laptop, open Wi-Fi settings and connect to the The NoMo Collection network.
- A welcome page opens automatically in your browser. If it doesn't, open any website and it will appear.
- Enter your name and email on the welcome screen to get connected.
- If you're ever asked for a password, use NOMOSTAYS.
Getting In
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM — self check-in, no keys.

- Your door code and assigned parking-spot number are sent by message about 24 hours before arrival.
- Head to 102 S Lockwood Dr, park in your assigned spot, and find the keypad on the right side of your unit's door.
- Arriving late? Self check-in works 24/7 and the entrances are well-lit at night.
Parking
One free dedicated spot is included — your spot number is in your booking message. The lot is private and shared with our other units, so please park in your assigned spot only. Street parking on Lockwood works for a second car (mind the signs — it fills up fast on game days).
What's Stocked
Your stay starts with a full starter set: coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and hand & body soap. There's an H-E-B a few minutes away for anything else. Staying a week or more? We offer a mid-stay refresh (full clean, fresh linens and towels, restocked supplies) for $109 — just message us a day or two ahead.

- Bag your trash and place it in the cans on the driveway toward the back.
- Set the thermostat to 72 and make sure the door locks behind you — no need to strip the beds, we've got it.
- Late checkout, if available: until 12:00 PM $50, after 12:00 PM $100 — just message us the night before.

A Few Things We Ask
- No smoking or vaping inside — a $200 remediation fee applies. Outside, away from doors and windows, is fine.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — you share the building with guests in our other units.
- Guests as listed on the booking; no unregistered guests.
- Exterior cameras at the entrances only — never inside.
- No pets unless approved in advance, and please don't move furniture between rooms.
Settling In
- Getting around: Houston is a driving city — most EaDo spots are a 3–8 minute drive, and an Uber to the stadiums runs about $8–12.
- Metro Rail: the Green and Purple lines stop nearby — handy for the Museum District and NRG Stadium.
- Thermostat: set it 66–75, and keep doors and windows closed while the A/C runs.
- Smart TV: Roku is built in — log into your own streaming apps and log out before you go.
- Laundry: full-size washer/dryer in the unit. Iron, extra blankets and pillows are in the bedroom closet; the hair dryer is under the bathroom sink.
Just in Case
- Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors are installed, there's a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, and a first-aid kit under the bathroom sink.
- Emergency: 911. Nearest ER: Ben Taub Hospital (~12 min). Urgent care: CareNow (~10 min). Non-emergency police: 713-884-3131.
